    2017+ e92a

    I have not proceeded to confirm wiring or connectors & connector keys but has anyone Flashed a 2017+ E92A box with TIS to a 2016 and older file to avoid the unlocking. Curious if this would be a viable alternative for engine swap scenarios.

    The tune lock protection is a hardware feature, cannot be removed with a simple flash
    Even if you try, as previously told above, it will brick the ECU
