    Unhappy No Application Key with product

    Ordered HPTuners thru Amazon. Order filled by Trends Auto. Received box already opened and application key missing. Tried to get hold of trends auto, no luck. Put ticket into HPtuners. They requested copy of reciept so I emailed them one. That was yesterday. I had several responses from hptuners, now nothing. Ive emailed several times, even opened up new ticket but no response.......

    Looks like that ticket is likely in our sales queue so I'm unable to view it, I can only view support related tickets.

    Got a response from HPTuners today:

    Dear HP Tuners Customer,

    I apologize for not getting back to you sooner today, as I mentioned before, we do keep track of our interfaces and we are not showing the serial#1362659295 being purchased from Hinson but rather another of our resellers. We do not sell our products on Amazon, Ebay or any other online shopping sites, we only sell directly from our website www.hptuners.com or from our authorized resellers.

    We do suggest you return the device to the seller Trends Auto and get a refund and then visit our site to make your purchase.

    This has becoming more of a reoccurring issue as of late. Really not looking good.
    I have a burrito in my colon, yet refried beans come out...
    How i know it's from the same meal? I didn't ingest corn any other time.

    Too late I already sent it back. Hopefully the return process goes smoothly. I'm not holding my breath.

    Ok. Got my money back from Amazon. Went to summit racing (20 min from my house) and purchased the tuner there. So before I left the store I had the counterperson open the box to see if the application key was there. Guess what? It wasnt. And no one there could tell me how I was to supposed to get this application key. So I returned and got a refund right there. So Im ordering from the hptuner site today. Hopefully there is an application key in the box when it arrives.
