P0068 at idle and shutting down fuel system

2006 6.0l LQ4, I had a good working sd tune before I needed to pull the engine for repair, installed BTR Stage 3 turbo cam. Now it runs at idle for about 30 seconds and will die and not restart, fuel pump will not even turn on until codes are cleared then will start and idle fine for 30 seconds again. I've maxed the P0068 error table (4.10) and added to idle air mass table (13+), idle set to 950 rpm runs perfectly right up to when it dies. It fails the maf like always and the only other code is p0106 for map sensor range. Clearly I'm missing something?

I had a similar problem with a 2004 6.0 and the similar p1514 code, I ended up just disabling the code and it fixed it, hoping that after i get the tune dialed in i can create a histogram for that table and set it back up just for peace of mind. From what I understand its just a sanity check on the electronic throttle body.

No but when I disable it nothing changes, could it be something that needs to be changed in the P106 error map calculations min/max? I threw in another ecm and flashed it with exactly the same results so now I know for sure its tune settings and not a hardware failure.

Ok finally some progress! I disabled both the P0068 and P0106, now the car stays running without problems. Is there any problem running it this way or do I need to dial something in with it for safety?
