As the title says. I'm trying to open a 2018 Mustang 5.0 Stock file and get an error that it is "Unsupported or newer version found". Its a file from the repository. Do I need a beta version of HPT for this to work?

Yes, you need to open a support ticket and we will issue you the beta.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

I do have a open support ticket but they kept asking for my device number under it and I kept telling them I don't have it yet I just have the demo software before I buy it. can you still assist me bill?
Because support works for verified customers only? If you want help you have to buy your device first - those guys won't work for free you know?
