    Full fuel to 4500-5000rpm

What are you guys running in your gov tables to achieve full fuel up to or past 4500rpm? I swapped to a larger single charger and it doesnt fully light until about 3000rpm, so I want to shift at around 4200 without defueling. Right now my current tune starts pulling fuel out at about 3800-3900rpm depend on how fast it ramps up RPM.

Here is a fairly current file to see what I am using in my RPM tables.

Your PID feedback under the governor table is set too low it looks like. I'd raise up the high speed gov settings too.
I've attached a screen shot of one of the pull trucks that I tune. That truck turns 5000 all day. I limit rpm in the throttle table as well as the boost limit table instead of with the gov table.

How do you limit rpm in the throttle table?
