I've credited the vehicle and made many changes to the file while connected, but when I am in the house not connected to anything but the network it will not save the file I've made changes to. Why is that? What other alternatives can I do to not require connecting to the vehicle in order to make the changes & save the file?

I Would raise a support ticket
its rare but sometimes mine wont save and all u have to do is plug in the module again save it then its all good after that, in the years ive had it its only happened 2-3 times
happens to me 1 out of 5 times. Frustrating when I dont have the hpt box with me & I make a bunch of changes then have to omit those changes because the software doesnt remember I previously licensed it.
