    Quick LC-1 wiring question

I wired it up like in the sticky,
Can I have my lamda controller permanently wired in to the cig lighter?
(im using it as a narrowband also)
Or I better have a power switch installed?

you can..but you will want to wire a switch to turn it off when the car is not running...
smarter to wire power over to a switched on spot in the fusebox and then wire heater ground to where ever you can find a good ground

what switched off spot are you talking about?
Also does power remain in the cig lighter after car goes to the Power Saving Mode?

on the fuse box in th eside of your dash in your 98 bird...there is an open spot that is only on when the key is on...this is your best spot...couldnt tell you offhand which one it is...you can do trial and error...plug it in..key off..if you have power find another one...when you find one that doesnt seem to have power switch your key on and see if you get power

cig lighters are on all the time on f-bodys...no powersave there

its not based on what engine you have,....
its based on how fast you can collect data...

you should set it at 1/12

You shouldn´t let the WB heat up before the engine is started, right?
