Paid my credits to full the tune file out of my buddies truck, But when I go to look at the moduels, engine, trans, speedo, etc they all come up blank except transmission.. Does anyone have any ideas what it could be?

email support, though it sounds like you only read out the TCM to me...
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

new to this, but I thought when you pulled the tune you pulled it all not just a certain module? But I will email them.
