email support with your serial number requesting the newest beta.

maybe you didn't save it to your download folder, if you are using firefox you can always go to the downloads icon right click-open containing folder to find where it was downloaded to. Or you could just RUN the program rather than selecting to download/save it, either way works fine.

My mistake, I was looking in the wrong place for it under program files. Thanks for the help Bill!
