Tuned a 2014 Mustang GT strat FPFD2AA and tried to log with the scanner, but could not access almost any pids. No mapped points, WB, knock, TB, and more. Had the basics RPM spark advance, LT, ST, etc but nothing good enough to tune with. Had to switch between SCT and hp to tune it saturday.
Try repolling for pids, if that doesn't work email support with an infolog & the .hpt file and we can take a look.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

Ya i already tried doing that, but nothing to select for it. The car is gone so i'll have to do it when it comes back.
Must be something with your specific set up or issue with your machine. I checked my license log and I have tuned a FPFD2AA car and all PIDs populated with out issue
I've tried reinstalling, i have two scanners, both do it. That's the only calibration i've had an issue with. Just did a 15 and a 17 yesterday. No issues. Weird.
