2017 Dodge Challenger ECM Prep

I have an out of country customer looking for us to tune a 2017 Dodge Challenger Scat Pack. Normally for local customers we'd send the ECM in to HPT to be prepped. Can we avoid shipping the ECM in from out of country? Remote prep? Or maybe buy a new ECM and have HPT initialize it to the VIN then ship to the customer? Looking for the easiest way to get this started without a long down time.

I would suggest emailing support at hptuners.com, I'm not sure of the best route in this case but I'll have the guy who does all the ecm mods give you the options available.
