which pattern does the trans use?

ok so I have been getting lots of mixed answers. I have a 2013 zl1 6l90 trans ... in the tune file there is ....normal...pattern A.....and Pattern B...... now I have been told Normal is drive.. A is cruise maybe... and B is Sport but looking at the data in B it shows B has no 2-1 downshift.. lowered rpm shift times and more.and in the zl1 like the later year ctsv drive starts out in 2nd gear... which would in my head.... make B (Drive) and A (Sport) correct??

If you log trans shift mode it will tell you what mode is being used.

I have looked in vcm scanner there is no channel "shift mode"
