I can not get it to build a table based on cylinder air mass. it works on every other car ive messed with but this one will not tell me when and where to get rid of any knock if present.

You'll need to add the cylinder airmass channel to your logs so you can use it in a graph.
2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.
If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.
