6R80 throttle percentage

Upshift/downshift pedal vs Cell - it uses a pedal percentage and goes to 100% at cell 14.

But the pedal in AT reads 14,9% to 83-ish% only - not 0% to 100%. How does it relates to those 0-14 cells?

Does the trans adapts that available 14-83% into 0-100%? Or it ignores what's in the cells below 15% above 80%

Is it really a PEDAL % or TPS %?

Looks it's adapting or has some internal calculations as 14 matches shift points set in 14 cell in real.
