E38 Wont Start - No fuel or Spark

I hooked up my E38 PCM into a PSI Conversions aftermarket harness and connected everything on the engine. I tried to start it and it won't start... The fuel pump is not connected to the ECU and neither is the starter relay

I believe I have disabled VATs (I went to "OS" and disabled VATs 1& 2).

I checked the codes and the following are coming up:

    Codes Description Explanation
P0443 "Evaporative Emission Control System Purge Control Valve Circuit" EVAP has been removed from harness
P0449 "Evaporative Emission Control System Vent Valve/Solenoid Circuit Malfunction" EVAP has been removed from harness
P0452 "EVAP Pressure Sensor/Switch Low" EVAP has been removed from harness
P0463 PCM input signal from the fuel gauge is higher than the actual level of fuel in tank tank. Fuel Level Guage is seperate from PCM
P057C Brake pedal position (BPP) sensor - circuit low No provision in the harness
U0109 Lost Communication with Fuel Pump Control Module (FPCM) Fuel Pump turn on is a seperate switch
P0641 "Sensor Reference Voltage A Circuit Open"
    P2123 Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch D Circuit High Input
P2127 "Throttle Position Sensor E Circuit Low Input"
P2128 "Throttle Position Sensor/Switch E Circuit High Input"

The first 6 I expected /am not surprised. The last 4, I have no idea...

Does anyone have a recommendation for how I can get this engine to start?

Edit: FYI, this is a 5.3 with 6l80 out of a 2012 Tahoe that has been put in a 1954 Chevy Pickup Truck.

Figure out the throttle body codes for sure.

And did you write entire when you did the VATS delete?

If you didn't write entire, the change will not take when they are located in the OS tab.
2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.

If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.

    5FDP,

I did write entire when I disabled the VATs.

I spoke to a mechanic friend and he is concerned about the TB codes and the U0109 Fuel Pump Code.

Regarding the fuel pump code, I went in and disabled FPCM and put the fuel pump from variable to fixed. It still wont start.

    Looking into TB codes now...

Did you bring over the pedal assembly from the transplant? What does the harness have for the pedal?

Log Fuel Cut Source and see if Immobilizer is active.

Run key relearn procedures as well...may not fix problem but is needed......

    Mowton,

Pedal assembly came with the engine. The harness plugs directly into the pedal assembly

Regarding immobilizer and key relearn, can you advise how to do those things? As this is in a 54 pickup, there is no smark key of any kind. I have a lead going from 12V power to a pushbutton switch that powers the starter and spins the engine They "Key on & Cranking" power wire is a switch on the dash. The Fuel Pump turn on is a switch on the dash also, so no key is required to start the engine...

mmmm, not sure if this is going to help then? Did you add the channel I asked and also, are there any codes.

    Mowton,

I found out that all my injectors were stuck shut... so I got some 80lbhr siemens injectors. They arrived today, I installed them, and tried firing it up while scanning. It wil now fire up and run for about a second before dying...

The Fuel Cut Type said starter for most of the time, but then went to ECT after the last time i started it. Any idea what that means? I have included a copy of the log and my tune:

    https://drive.google.com/file/d/16Td...ew?usp=sharing

Also, I have not yet updated the injector data in the tune. I found the below injector data info, but thetables in it don't correspond to the tables I am given in HpTuners (ie data is for "Flow Rate vs. KPA", but my table is "Flow Rate vs. Press" which shows pressure deltas...)
