The easiest and fastest way is to grab a 2006 Silverado 2500 6.0 File from the repository. (This assumes you do not have a Flex Fuel truck)

Then open your stock tune, open the 6.0 file in the compare feature. Click compare again, then click view comparison log. It will open a new small window. Click collapse all boxes, right click the engine icon and click copy over all differences.

That will take the engine side calibration from the 6.0 file and paste it into the 5.3 file making it as if it was a 6.0 file to begin with. Then you just have have to disable COT and the rear o2 sensor codes for the cat delete. Do not remove the rear o2 sensors, leave them plugged in to prevent the cat test that you can not turn off with HP Tuners.
2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.

If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.
