    Purchased Credits. Doesn't recognize new application key

    I purchased additional credits and loaded the application key. The VCM Suite Info window shows the available credits when connected to the cable. When I attempt to load the tune to the car, I get an error for unlicensed vehicle. No free credits show in the Help / License Information window. I have filed a support ticket already. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I would like to fire the car this weekend.

    sounds like you don't have a license for the vehicle to me which has very little to do with the credits/app key in this case.
    It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...
