MPVI shorted ?

hello
I have problem with the mpvi ,

scanner was open before starting the car and connected
was trying to figure which plug for baro and map sensor reading the sensors voltage
then tried to start the car , no crancking ( it was running before but got the supercharger inlet pressure reading constant 100kpa while baro around 70 kpa while idle so switched the connections and tried again )

so now

1. It wont connect through scanner
2. Doesn?t read or write tune
3. Abs and traction control light will illuminate when the hp tuner mpvi connected
4. Car wont start while hp tuner mpvi connected ( no crancking )
5. Car will start when mpvi interface not connected
6. If connected while the car idling ,, all gauges break loose rpm drop to zero then back , fuel level to zero back and forth not stopping , still wont communicate while car running and with abs and traction control light


car is 2009 ctsv

any one can help ? already contacted support but still no reply yet

I would suggest borrowing someone's hptuners obd2 cable or purchasing a new one to make sure the obd2 cable didn't go bad.
