Cart issue when adding 100+ credits?

Is anybody else having this issue? The site won?t let me add the credits to my cart, it says to contact sales? And before somebody states the obvious, I?ve contacted sales a couple times over the last week with no answers (yet).

I purchased just a few credits and haven't received my application key - usually shows up in just a minute or two

    What is your ticket number?
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

My last one was 126396. This only happens with bulk credit purchases, it lets me add lower quantities just like normal.

looks like Jim replied to you on the 20th and you responded after business hours, I'm sure he'll be in contact with you again this week. Looks like he is on it though.

Sounds correct. Certainly didn?t expect to see you respond here on the weekend, but I?ll hang tight for now.

Still trying to purchase. I?d rather not keep buying credits at full retail in the mean time. Bought some yesterday and I?ve got another GMPP computer I?m kind of waiting to buy more credits for if you guys can help me make my bulk purchase. Sent an email yesterday sometime around noon asking for help just making the purchase. Sorry to complain on here, but I?d rather not waste money.

    I'm closing this thread

Pat sent you an email on the 23rd to which you have yet to respond

    "Good Morning Ross,
I suggest that we try to get this purchase done manually for you. I will send you a PayPal invoice once you tell me what kind and quantity of credits you want to purchase and verify the interface number. Once paid online I will manually add the credits to your interface.

I will watch for your response to this and do the invoice asap so you will have the needed credits."

    Thanks,
    Bill
