    Using beta version and non

    My tuner used beta to tune my car and sent me the files. I am using latest non-beta version and cannot open the files. Is there a way?

    you can email support and ask for the beta to be added to your download page and then you can open the file.. Any files created with beta are not backwards compatible..

    Ok thanks. Alternatively I could wait for beta to become prod and upgrade?? Anyone want to guess on that ETA?

    I wouldn't guess at the release date. Your best bet is to have support post it to your customer center.
