Is it easy enough to bench this ecm with Cummins cables (which I have) or would I need to make up some?

Nobody?? Ive got pinouts and tried to connect with HP using fly wires between ecm and obd2 plug but am getting a time out on the can bus. It?s internally resistanced at 120ohm. Ive tried a second 120ohm resistor at the obd2 plug to bring the total down to 60ohm, or no resistor at all. No difference

So perhaps ecm is dead i?m thinking. Will try another one. Thanks for all your help

Pin 4 & 5 of C1 60 way. Can + & Can - respectively

I think Efi-Connection might sell a bench harness for this ecm. I haven't checked but I know they have a bunch of cummins harness's for their bench setup.

I did see that. I checked out the picture of theirs and I’m pinning it the same. Every time I get a fail to detect protocol error. I’m thinking it’s dead. Even tried with other software which times out on the can response
