I have flash my truck to log it and made changes 3 times today stopped to make changed hit the write button now I'm presented with
controller unlocked: timed out
haven't seen this at all truck won't start now. Anyone know what I can do?

Ok figured it out... What you need to do if this happens to you is turn off the truck and then disconnect both negative battery terminals. Let sit for 5 minutes then reconnect. Connect the controller to truck do not flash simple open the vcm scanner and connect to truck but no need to log. Close and open the VCM suite and select tune and write your tune. Seems to work for me I hope this helps some one else.
