P59 Using 6.5 Diesel Pedal goes dead after 100% TPS

Using a 04 Vette Manual OS, Everything is fine while driving until I floor it. The 6.5 Diesel pedal will go to about 128%throttle if I go WOT according to the scanner. If I pay attention and keep it under 100% it's perfectly fine and runs great. Anything over 100% and the pedal goes dead until I lift completely off. Once I lift completely the pedal works just fine until I go back down too far.

Has anyone run into this before?

The pedal part number needs to match the vehicle it came from. Basically the TAC module and pedal need to match to help prevent REP. Mix matching parts is known to cause problems.
2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.

I agree with matching up the parts. What has me puzzled is there are posts all over the internet about people doing this and none have reported the problem. I was hoping to hear if maybe I missed a table that had to be changed to get it to work properly.
