Go to Engine>Fuel>Lean/Fuel Saving>Multi Displacement system set to disable.

This is the best and most accurate post on disabling MDS on these vehicles. I have spent hours looking then found this one an bam problems solved.

Do you have to purchase the pro features module to be able to disable the mds.
No i did it without the pro feature just the normal mpvi 2
