Questions about my force motor current tables

My car was tuned not to long ago by TSP and I've had a WOT shift problem since day one of my auto swap. I was just looking through my force motor current tables, and the values all decrease as the table goes to the right, then under 100, the values are 1182. Could this cause a problem with WOT shifts? Is there anything else that looks strange in my .bin? I've tried shifting it off of RPM and MPH and the 2-3 shift always lags before it finally shifts. Thanks in advance.

As to the Force Motor table. GM has done this for a long time. My theory is that if you request a 100 value for line pressure, something is wrong, bleed off all pressure in the trans so the driver goes "WTF!!" and gets it serviced. I just copy the line next to the 100 line into the 100 line.
