2016 silverado 6.2 D1 procharger fuel pressure issues

Hi, I have a stock 6.2 with a D1 on 10 psi, headers and catback. High and low pressures were falling off so we put in a high flow lift pump. Seems low pressure is still not where it should be and rail pressure is still nose diving after 4000 rpms and the engine will only take about 10 degrees of timing on a long pull, even when at .81-.85 lambda. When I command 12 degrees it knocks which seems a bit low to me. I'm thinking the low rail pressure might be causing the engine to not take much timing. What do you guys think? Also getting a P2635 (fuel pump 1 flow insufficient)

I don't do much with DI stuff but that's kinda rich for DI, could even be the fuel causing the knock. Seems a lot of the corvette and camaro guys run .85 to .89 lambda.
2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.

If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.

I agree but i've leaned it out and it only knocks more. Honestly .82-.85 should be completely fine. The half point leaner won't make that much difference. I'll post a scan at .85-.89 to prove my point though.

My real question is: Is the drop in rail pressure the cause of knock?
