miss matching credit amounts between HPT account and vcm editor???

I've put in my newest product key that shows 9 GM & 4 Ford credits, also what it shows on my acct in HPT but when i go to licence Ford truck it says my credits are GM 1 & Ford 2?

What's the fix here?

The fact is that mostly web pages show the total amount, and you already have to calculate how much you need specifically. Once I remember I took out a loan and paid more monthly than I should have, but then I thought about how much I should also pay and realized that I didn't know. Then I went here https://www.yhdistalaina.com/paras-yhdistelylaina/ and realized that something was wrong. I thought that their service started to work poorly and I called technical support. They explained to me that their credit company shows the total amount, and the monthly payment should be found out taking into account the recalculation directly at their office. Yes, it's a little inconvenient, but so far so.
