New to dodge tuning and trying to find out the basic steps

I have been reading and reading on this forum and its really hard to pull all the useful info (That relates to almost stock setups) out of the threads since most of the threads either start with blown or cammed motors or end up there anyway. So what I am looking for is how to tweek the tune to get the 20-25 hp and the responsiveness that the predator tune gives you. I have a wide band o2 installed and configured into scanner but Im not sure where to go from here.

    06 charger srt8
    CAI
    180 T STAT
Aftermarket TB and i cant remember stats on it
I run open exhaust most of the time via cutouts

I know this is likely to be boring to all you advanced tuning guys but any pointers or links to threads would be greatly appreciated.
    Thank you

You will need to set-up the VCM scanner charts/channels to match the tables (base spark, injector pulswidth, power enrichment...) you intend to tune in VCM editor. If you youtube search the tuningschool, they have examples of how to do this.

    Here is one example.

The real credit goes to those that generated all these useful posts. I got tired of using bookmarks for all the links and decided to make a post so I could have all the info in one bookmark. I usually add links to my original post. In fact, just added a thread on throttle lag that popped up on the forum recently.

I see this is 4 years old. And I think it is ok to ask here. I did some searches and couldn't find information.
But where do you start and what do you do when you get strange random issues. I am trying hard to log them but I don't even know where to start and catching it is difficult.

The issue I am having is I went with bigger injectors and fuel pump to accommodate flex fuel.
The fuel pump I believe is not an issue as this issue I am going to mention was there prior to fuel pump and after installing the FIC1000cc injectors.

I kept the IPW and FM from the 660cc FIC injectors. (because it was 14.7 (but hunting) at idle and my MPG got better by 4-5mpg's)

I just started making changes by using the LTFT+STFT/IPW method.

They are getting closer to the 3-5 % tolerance.

The problem is at times I get a slight clunk or stutter when I first apply throttle and some stutter at part throttle acceleration.
Once I get into PE it all goes away.

Where would you start to correct the issue?
I do not have my tune file on hand until this evening.

What is year of the vehicle and anything else done to it mod wise
