Ok! Went to see updated site, can?t buy anything. What?s up?

Went to buy pro suite and poof...appears not selling anymore? New MPV12 Bluetooth dongle packaged with the editor, but no way to purchase. Guess still working on making all of the site live.
Question: is a laptop necessary anymore with the MPV12? Thoughts?

You'll still need a laptop for the MPVI2.

MPVI2 ordering will be opened up in about a week or so. We don't have an exact date yet.

VCM Suite is free, so it comes with MPVI2.

The base price for the MPVI2 is $299, and then credits can be added on top for the normal price.

So, to tune one 2018 zl1 camaro would be 4 credits @$50/each=200. Total cost is 299+200=$499? Nothing else needed? Is this compatiable with wideband, etc like old pro version?

yes, an upgrade path is available. The current upgrade price from MPVI to MPVI2 is $189. All licenses transfer over, and your gm/ford/dodge credits become universal credits.

For a specific price question like that, you're better off emailing sales direct. I don't want to give the wrong information as I don't have the model data in front of me.

So if I want the new interface the credits I have in reserve will transfer? Is there a breakdown of the new Pro vs Standard features?

I dunno.. maybe it's just me, but.. I wouldn't trust a bluetooth or wifi connection when reading/writing calibrations to my vehicle.. get one hiccup in the signal and lose connection, and you're screwed.. rather have the cable directly connected to the obd port and my laptop so no issues and less stress.. LOL

Will it be still two versions PRO and STD or one for all? Will it have some new functions like BCM reading and writing or something else?

There is only 1 MPVI2 interface. The "Pro Feature Set" is simply a license upgrade that will enable the Pro Features.

The $189 is the current listed price to go from MPVI STD or MPVI PRO to MPVI2. If you upgrade an MPVI Pro to the MPVI2, you'll get the "Pro Feature Set" as part of your upgrade at no additional cost.
