Unlicensed vehicle after write calibration only and timeout error

Hello, 3 days ago I was trying to write an calibration on a client veh?culo (Camaro 2014 LS) and I follow all security advices... https://forum.hptuners.com/showthrea...th-your-Laptop.

I choose write calibration only... and after some seconds get the error (timeout) after all I can?t start the vehicle again and start a support ticket with hptuners support, with ticket number #129902. The personas with I was talking asking me for several files and I send all the requirements, now I?m waiting for a reply...

My question is that kind of problem is normal? Had solution?

Having same issue with a 2004 silverado. It read the stock tune adjusted it a bit and go to write and fails kept trying and nothing. Now it wont read or even crank. Hopefully they can help us out had to do this for my friends and same thing happens. They wont be happy
