16 Mustang learned knock octane adjust tab

Is there any reason or benefit to zero out this table? Looking through my 93 tune yesterday I realized my original tuner had zeroed the table out. Did my first data log yesterday after I saw I had some positive knock retard from 4500-4600 a max of 2.9 degrees. Did a pull in second from about 3k to 7100. I wanted to see how it looked after changed my op vct schedule last week, think I have a not so hot tank of gas though. Last tank was still on some remnantes of E85 it showed about 29% and I refilled the car where I always get my 93 from and ususally runs the best from. Put 12.5 gallons in and it jumped up to 34%. No changes have been made since I redid my cam timing last weekend and that 1-3 gear pull felt so strong , yesterday did not feel as good. But back to the spark octane adjust table should I go back and set it like it was stock?
