    KB 168mm Monoblade TB............

So I have a slight issue with this TB. When I rev the motor higher than ~3400 rpms and lift, failsafe occurs. It's only when I lift. It can be a loaded or free rev, it doesn't matter. So I called KB and was told that this is fairly common and that it has something to do with a "light" throttle blade return spring, as he called it. And that this can be corrected for in the tune, but that he is not their calibrator and could not offer any specifics. Anyone here heard this before? I'd like to know how to correct this, LOL.... If it matters, this is a 2008 GT500.

Does IPC Failure Mode (100) mean anything? This occurs when I lift the throttle...

I'm having similar issues. KB wasn't of much help. Anybody resolve this issue?

Same problem with monoblade - return spring is too soft. You can try increasing gear lash tolerance and max current clip.

You think its a tune issue or mechanical? If you post tune file I can compare it to a car that has same throttle.
