Why when I scan am I reading a max of 90% Tps

Im working on my 6.1l and I see that no matter what I do to the pedal HP tuner still shows my TPS at 90%? I compared current tune to my stock tune and dont see that I have changed anything related to TPS. I should say that I changed anything related to TPS back to stock to rule out mistake in my tune.

should max out around 86-90%. Its not really incorrect, VCM Scanner does the conversion of voltage to % for you, and bases the conversion on a 0-5 volt scale. However, your TPS will never hit exactly 5 volts, fully open is slightly less voltage wise. I wont get into the entire discussion on the thickness of the throttle body blade and bar that holds it, as that is why all vehicle makes do not fully open the blade to completely horizontal. Do a quick google search and you will find what I mean.

Sounds like full throttle to me - should be 90% of 5 volts. My Viper shows 86-87% at WOT.
