    New to Dodge

A guy i work with want's me to do some tuning on his 2012 pickup with a 5.7, I'm a diehard GM guy so when it comes to Dodge i'm lost, any pointers with be appreciated, he doesn't want a race truck just overall better performance and with any luck some more mileage. I'm just looking for the do's and don't, I don't want to keep running into limp mode because i changed something it didn't like. Maybe a tune file of what you changed for me to compare would be helpful.

It might be the codes are permanent and require the vehicle to be driven so PCM can confirm error no longer exists.

From my understanding HPtuners doesn?t allow deleting these codes on the diesels. Many are using a separate programmer to deactivate the codes and then use hptuners for the normal stuff. Dunno
