You can't. The original file is required to switch back to stock then to a different operating system.

You can flash another stock tune into his pcm
Will it show upgrade-ble OS's again if the OS is currently already modded and the OS box is blank?

Write entire with another stock file is pretty much the same as writing the original file back, aside from the vin being different.
It?s going to cost credits anyway, buying another ecu is a waste.
