    That's not a factory OS I believe.

    If the tune file already says 1 bar enhanced OS or like speed density enhanced OS after it, it's not the stock OS.
    2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.

    If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.

    If you find one that matches the original OS the segment swap should work. Pity you didn't POST YOUR FILE, you would get better answers. Has the entire world been dropped on their heads or something?

    3-bar 12587811->1262062 being swapped with a non-3-bar plain 12587811

    That looks like a GM OS number. Should be a later P59. 2005-2006 most likely.

    Flash back to your stock file, do the segment swap and then do the 3 bar OS again.

    Shouldn't need to do that, the seg swapper appears fully functional as long as the original OS ID matches the donor file.

    The mistake everyone makes is looking for a match with the new custom OS instead of what it started out as. So he should be looking for a 12587811 file with 4L80, not 1262062 with 4L80.

    Go to the repository. Search 2006, Silverado, 6.0L. The second one in the list is the right OS, segment swap works between the two files. Look for "Donated stock 2006 6.0 / 4L80E file".
