Trying to get my new device setup. Putting in my Serial Number and Verification ID and it keeps coming back as "Interface does not exist". Tried everything I could think to get it to work. Put in a ticket but no response yet. Seems they weren't expecting people to get their device this soon. Anyone have any input on how to fix this or have this issue before?
So you own an mpvi2?
They are the only one that have a verification id number....
mpvi1's use an app key. I would suggest starting with that if you own an mpvi1.

MPVI2... The website asks for a Serial Number and Verification ID to add it to "My Devices". I input the numbers from my Device and the numbers I received from VCM Editor and I get the error "Interface does not exist".Originally Posted by Bill@HPTuners
