    Interface DOES NOT EXIST MPVI2

    I Triple checked the serial and verification code and I get Interface does not exist trying to add it too my account...?. just received this today. Emailing tech now

    Yes sir it is Fixed!

    Also is there a way you guys can update the Interface Bluetooth name too something more recognizable if not here is a screen shot after I paired it WT12-A was its name and Unknown device before it was paired Screenshot (38).png

    I was able too connect it too my Bluetooth but scanner says unable too find interface is the wireless feature not available yet?

    interesting, mine says this:

    also BT works with reading and scanning, but not writing (you will get an error message)

    Interesting..... Im happy to test with you as much as I can. I will re pair in the am and screen shot://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16834154804hot step by step! fyi here is my laptop obviously up too date...... or ill send a .DAT

    Mine also says paired to WT12-A. It will work fine with the usb cable plugged in but will not connect to the scanner or editor ViA bluetooth even though is shows paired

    interesting…. also I am not able to use Bluetooth at all. but I can Pair but it wont reconnect

    Any update on making the Bluetooth work?

    Has anyone been able to use the MPVI2 via bluetooth or is it just me?

    I will try again later im very busy at the moment but as of now I have been unsuccessful. I can pair but not reconnect so it seems. I am using a 2018 MSI GS65 laptop with the internal Bluetooth.Screenshot (43).png

    tested it last night on my mustang, worked fine using the newest public version of software.
    It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

    Where in the world do we get a verification code??? Serial number is easy... but not seeing how we get this info??

    Mine also will pair with my laptop but says Interface not found when I try to scan.

    There is a knowledgebase for MPVI2 under contact

    On the website. It shows how to add MPVI2, get the verification code and Re sync the interface

    I just tried again I turn off all security. deleted then I re paired the interfaceScreenshot (47).png then it froze I tried both versions . also when I plug it in another device shows up under the Bluetooth menu Screenshot (49).jpg no matter what I do it will not Connect just says paired

    I have 3 brand new MPVI2s here. All show up as WT12-A and non of them will communicate with the scanner or Editor via bluetooth. I think there is something wrong with these early units.

    I have tried on 3 different PCs with the same results. Once the BT button is pressed the Bluetooth light will flash on the unit for several minutes even if I pair it to a PC.

    It will show up as WT12-A even before I press the BT button

    I believe I may have been the first too discover this lol. But im always told its( impossible ) or Its your (car) your not crazy mine is doing the same thing sorry I didn't post this sooner very busy

    very good to hear. I was starting to get very angry with hp tuners because every post about this situation hp tuners says they aren't having any problems connecting and wasn't saying anything to give us any hope. now that they are working on a fix I can calm down lol I've spent hours and hours trying to get the bluetooth to work.
