I don't see you missed anything, but sometimes uploading the tune a second time will solve the issue.

Here are 2 tunes I did on a couple cars a owned before....

The 98 Regal had many mods non-boosted and ran low 14's down the 1320. Watch out because the timing is fairly high even tho I ran 87 octane, but had zero KR.

The 02' Grand Prix GT is also non-boosted and is stock form and could not get the KR to disappear. but it ran good.

Go through all the stuff and compare to your tune. it will help you figure out how things work. Transmission tables will help the car run more aggressive with out having to give lots of throttle and will not hurt the trans.

You will have to determine your own timing based on KR. But at full throttle the more the better. As the RPM rise in WOT, I raise the timing and fuel incrementally. It's what the 3800 NA motor like.

alright ill try reflashing I was thinking of doing a write entire but it seem like from what I read that its not needed or advised to do so ill just try a reflash but it going to be a while before I can test going that fast again

well I tried a reflash and I am still toping out at 108-110 it also seem some other settings are not applying that have to do with etc, the park neutral rpm limiter stops at about 3500 I have it set to 5000 just to test and it did not increase. I really don't know what's going on there could be more settings not changing but I don't know what ones any other ideas on this im really thinking of try a write entire to see if that fixes it.

Even try lowering the number to 150mph instead of 255.

It must take like 2 years just to reach 110mph anyway. My supercharged 2000 GTP even seems like it took forever to reach 100+ with mods.

If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.

it doesn't feel like forever but it is downhill. yeah when reflashed it I put it to 250 on everything but ill put it to 150 and see will probably be awhile again before I find out. Im just confused because when I pull it off the computer it has all the values I entered but they seem to have no effect on some things but on others like the transmission changes it works.

    thanks

Can you post a scan showing what happens when you hit the speed limiter? This would be helpful, because then we could see whether spark, fuel or torque management is the culprit.

I've noticed this too on a buddies car. I thought I had everything set high enough but he still complained about the limiter. Never did get a log of it before he sold it.

My 04 SS doesn't seem to have that issue, but I'm not certain if I've ever pushed it hard enough to find out where it quits.
