411 swap 97 z71 trans issues

ok guys need some help ive swapped a 97 z71 vortec 5.7 4l60e 4x4 to the 411 pcm the engine runs flawless I used a 2002 chevy express van with 4l80e done a 4l60e segment swap on trans side. my issue is after reflash or turning truck off then back on truck shifts fine but tcc will not lock I can cycle the solenoid with the laptop and from that point on it will lock up by itself but then the 1-2 and 2-3 shift is hard anyone help me?
