My MPVI-2 will not light up when it's plugged into my laptop via USB or when it's plugged into the OBD port. The OBD, Host and BT lights flash (sometimes once, sometimes twice) really fast and the device shows up under device manager as a USB Serial Converter, but I can't get the Resync Interface to work. VCM Editor and Scanner both say "Interface not found". HELP!!!!
