Cant get MPVI2 to show credits that are purchased

Title pretty much sums this up. Got V2 in the mail today, read vehicle saved. Made a few changes went to write and get the 0 purchase pop up. I have 3 credits sitting on my profile on the site. VCM Suite Info says 0 purchased 0 available...not sure how to make it recognized my purchased creds, ive syned and that was successful. I didn't get an application ID like I would have when using V1 through email..lost.

Its as simple as syncing the interface. The mpvi doesn't use an application key system, rather an online verification system. Once you sync the interface it should show your credits. If not email support https://support.hptuners.com/index.php?/Tickets/Submit
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

Syncing isn't working as intended Bill. Still got 0's in Infolog 12hrs after I purchased credits and about 25 successful Syncs. Put in a ticket now just waiting...

I have the same problem. 4 credits purchase, multiple synchs and cannot get the credits to show up in VCM suite. I have also submitted a support ticket.

I just got mine to show my 2 credits! After many attempts it finally worked. Here's what I did:

    *Close VCM Editor
    *Open VCM Editor
*Plug MPVI2 in to PC with USB cable
*Wait 5-10 seconds (PWR light should be on)
*Resync Interface (Mine said resynced but didn't mention my 2 credits)
***If the PWR light is now off, unplug the device and restart Editor
***With Editor opened again, plug in the device and wait 5-10 seconds
*Click the blue I button next to the Write Vehicle button
*Click the blue I button in the new window that pops up
*Check for credits and retry the process until they show up

Just for reference my firmware just updated today and shows 2.0.74

also keep in mind the sync feature requires an internet connection since its syncing with our server information.

But doesn?t need to be plugged into a vehicle correct? Shouldn?t have any effect on it syncing with server to grab credit info, correct me if I?m wrong bill.

No need to connect to any vehicle. Just the interface & an internet connection.

The OBD, Host and BT lights flash once or twice real quick when plugged in and then nothing..... It was powering on this morning but now it's wigged out. I can't believe they released a device that's half baked...at best.
I have a support ticket in and was working with Chris yesterday but no response today. Support# 132879
Oh and my credits aren't showing up now all of the sudden.... FML

I synced my unit this afternoon and it then showed all my credits. I licensed my current veh file and a new one then attempted to install the new one. The install failed and now I can't install the stock file or the new one as it shows an unlicensed vehicle. It appears my stock tune was changed enough that the MVPI2 views it as new. Vehicle is now undriveable as it will not shift out of first gear. Sent a response to support from an email they sent me asking for the VCM suite info log but know I won't hear anything back until tomorrow while I'm at work. Starting to really regret this purchase.

Anyone else having issues re syncing interface with the new MPVI2 ? I purchased 2 credits and I cant get them to show up on the device. When I hit resync interface it says "submitting request to the hp tuners server" Then every time right after I see that it says "Faulted" - No matter what I try same thing every time

I put in a ticket with support and i'm currently waiting

    Same problem here.
Tried some suggestion from other threads but no luck, then I found this thread.
My conclusion was that the server is taking the weekend off so I'll give it another try after it returns to work tomorrow
