Tried some suggestion from other threads but no luck, then I found this thread.
My conclusion was that the server is taking the weekend off so I'll give it another try after it returns to work tomorrow
Glad I am not the only one! Lol

I also tried everything else that was suggested. But without being able to re sync, we are stuck waiting for the Hp tuner servers I guess

Edit: It finally is re syncing! However the credits still show as 0 lol

I have the exact same issue, bought two credits and did multiple successful re-syncs and still don't see credits available on the interface. I guess I may have to open a ticket.

I just had my son try again to re-sync tonight while I'm out of town and it seemed to work. I now have two credit he said.

Wow. Looks like I’ll be holding off until the kinks are worked out.

Same issue here - customer standing by waiting for what should be an easy process - try buying credits for the old cable now

I hope they get this stuff fixed pronto. I can image the pain people are feeling when they rely on tuning for income.

I'll be testing this a bit more on monday on a couple of pc's & laptops. I will say I just tested it on my work laptop while at a hotel off site and it worked flawlessly ie synced up and had my credits within 30 seconds so at this time all signs point to an internet/pc related issue rather than something on our end. My advice for now since its the weekend, keep trying. Most have reported it has started working for them after a few hours.

There is another way to check your license.

Attach your MPVI2 interface to PC via USB cable
Open VCM Editor go to Help and VCM Suite information
Click on Blue i then you should see how many credits in this format.

    Credits Purchased: 4
    Credits Used: 0
    Credits Available: 4

Hope this helps in identifying Credits without a resync.

    Thanks Ken

I don't believe the infolog actually sync's the license information with our server though so it should only show the last sync information.

I?m having the same problem, and this is after hptuners software bricked my original e67 ecm and now I?ve had to buy more credits just to tune the new ecm.

And of course the credits won?t upload after multiple resync?s and many hours.

After working for gm for 12 years and programming I don?t know how many cars with very few issues, I must say hptuners is a complete disappointment.

How many other people are having problems? Is it just an internet connection on your end? I’m awaiting this to be smoothed out before I make any changes.

I would suggest following this thread instead https://forum.hptuners.com/showthrea...on-mpvi2/page2
