    A couple of questions.....

    1) Are you using the Pro version of the MPVI and have the AEM white wire in the MPVI pin 1 (top most pin) and have connected a nother wire from the Black wire on the AEM to pin 5 of the MPVI connector?

    2) if so, what does the AEM gauge say?

    3) have you transformed the MPVI A/D 1 channel to the correct O2 sensor part nummber and AFR vs Lambda selection?

Yes Pro version...white wire assigned input 1 pin 1 and ground pin 5 to chassis ground and i have set to afr instead of lambda...have not done the 02 part though and the guage bounces around from 14.7-15.8 to 10.3 - 11.0 something like that

You can try deleting the wb from you channels and just select the MPVI A/D 1 channel without transforming it, this will display the actual voltage being outputted by the 4110 to the white wire. My quess is you are seeing 0v which is equal to an AFR of 10.0. Check your wiring at the AEM and measure across the white wire and the AEM black wire with a volt meter. Make sure the AEM ground and the MPVI ground are the same. At stoich (14.68) you should see about 2.3 vdc across the white and black wires. Check it across the MPVI pins 1 and 5...should see the same. Also make sure the little rotary switch is in the P0 position. Make sure both connectors on the back of the gauge are setted all the way.
