2015 Taurus SHO Hitting limits need another opinion

OK don't mind the craziness in this calibration . I am basically swinging for the fences on this one as a last resort . I am hitting a limiter or something at 350 ft lbs I have tried everything and cannot find the issue . I have had it where there there is no driver demand limits making 15 psi and it is still only making 25 hp over stock . I have not had this issue on other ecoboost platforms . mabe one of you guys can see something I am missing .2015 taurus sho 15 psi 2.hpt2015 taurus sho 15 psi 1.hpl

Maybe it's something in the Transmission Torque Management ? TCC ???

44552 is all 0, did it come stock that way??
14368 probably needs to be raised?
19630 and 19362 are all raised to 1024 on my 2014 SHO
16256 is all 10,000 on mine
    16443 is all 2.00
    16168 is all 5,000

But I think the culprit is you really tweaked up the Torque tables 0-5. I didn't touch mine at all because you will not go above 1.9 airload with max usable boost. Also, the stock torque tables model the volumetric efficiency of the engine. Unless you did something to change that VE (bigger turbos, different heads, different displacement, etc...) keep that stock. 1.8 airload is about the highest I've seen and my SHO ran 12.4 all day long at 110+ mph. Go back to your stock torque and stock inverse tables, and try that. Your other settings look OK from a glance.
