Are you tuning the black box? Or is it 0411 swapped? Are the o2 sensors physically deleted or just in the tune? Either way, why were they deleted?

Post your tune and a log file of it running. Log a lot of PIDs ECT, TPS, MAP, RPM, speed, IAT, o2 sensor voltages and trims if they're physically in the truck still, MAF readings.

Do you have a wideband o2 sensor? You're going to need one to be able to tune this thing. Are there any modifications to the motor?

You need to make sure its not trying to enter closed loop. Change the CL enable temp to like 250 degrees. Make sure you have all the o2 related error codes disabled as well. On a side note, your PE enable still has the 60s delay. I'd remove that and lower the enable rpm to like 3000.

I would do two so you know there aren't any issues between banks (like injector or misfire issues).
