    It's a long shot...

    But I thought I'd ask.
    LS1 2001 M6 OS.
I have just changed over from '98 pcm to 2001 pcm. I'm pretty confodent I changed the pins over ok.
The car starts first time and dies after about 2 secs.
I have changed a few things in the tune but nothing too drastic.
    I'm running SD and have #42 SVO's.
I have returning constant pressure fuel system at 3 bar (reduced the pressure to help idling with the #42's) so I have 41.98 across the IFR table. I've deleted a few codes and copied high octane table over to low ready to do some knock logging. All flashed nicely in 28 secs.
Even if I get it to rev a bit it still cuts out after a few seconds.
Is the fuel being cut, or the spark? Runs good for the 2 seconds it keeps going.
CONFESSION: I did stupidly try to start the car before I moved the pins around ( ). I didn't think that the pins might be different. I blew one fuse (ignition bank 1) but I've replaced it. So I'm hoping I hven't fried the pcm as it does actually fire ok and talks to HPT.
    Any help appreciated.
    Tom.

Did you disable the VATS? Or if you want to keep it do a re-learn?

    Hi Ken.
The vehicle (hotrod) has no security system on it. But I'm guessing that the original donor car did.
    Should I disable VATS?
    Thanks,
    Tom.

    Thanks Ken.
I can see in the help pages how to re-link the VATS but not how to disable. I'm sure it's there but I can't see it.
Any chance of a screen shot or a direction.
    Much appreciated.
