    E38 ls2 conversion fan control

Has anyone played with cooling fan relay control? We have 2 e38 ecu ls2 engine conversions that have been wired to fan output 1 as a relay control switch but fans come on constantly once started. Fan output 1 & 2 have 0 or 1 as a switch but not sure what the axis represents. 1-7 on axis but not description as to what they relate to. I?m guessing a/c, coolant temp etc are something to do with it. We have zero a/c table for fans and set coolant from 95deg. But can?t work out why fan is on constant from start up.

on ecm 18030 if fan desired % reaches 51% at say 95 deg then the ecm 18040 has number 50 in first cell 0-1 will then transition and tell ecm 18045 to transition from row 0 to row 1 which has fan control fan1 with the number row 1 axis box with a "1" (not 0") meaning yes enable relay, if the zero row has any "1" in it then fans will be on all the time, u can also turn each fan state on in the scanner so u know if u have actual control of it or not if u do but its on all the time then it much be triggered by something, if not sure will have to post tune to see what the fan tables look like
