JMS transbrake transmission failures?

I saw a well known tuner not want to tune with it due to it braking transmission, but i cant find any case in any forum and i dont know how to search on facebook tosave my life, has anybody here had any failures with it, and what does it do?

I've had it burn up one of clutches on mine after about 20 low 10/9 second passes. At lower power or with a low two step setting its probably fine, but I think the thing to do is move the wire from the Intermediate clutch to the low clutch for more holding capacity which i'm in the process of doing now.
