Any up to date ac pressure switch/wideband how to's?

Are there any good how to's on setting up a wideband using the ac pressure sensor? Everything I find is either out of date or to difficult for a beginner to follow. AEM UEGO wideband

There are several YouTube videos on how to do exactly that. I plan on following these when I get my AEM gauge this weekend

I'm not super dumb but hptuners sure makes me feel like a full blown retard. I watched a YouTube video last night and followed along. I thought I had it right but hell no.

I agree completely. I designed and built my race car in CAD, welded it all up then installed the motor and then went completely dumb when it came time to tune it.

I really couldn't tell you for sure it was all a big blur after my brain started to melt. All I know is I made a couple parameters and did some funky math stuff in the expedition box accordingly to my wideband. I probably messed up the maths part. After that my mistakes wouldn't let me go any further. I really wish there were SIMPLE step by step instructions somewhere for super beginners.

post your two pieces of math...one to transform the AC Press sensor voltage to the wideband and the second to replicate the WB err math using the new Wideband transform you generated.

The manual transform is going to be based on the information identified in your wideband manual and running them through this calculator....

Noob at hptuners I feel somewhat puzzled at this too.... i bought the aem 30-4110 followed the tutorial ed created, made a chart and graph and thought i got wrong afr readings but forgot a parenthesis in my expression. It still wasn't what my afr reads from gauge ( 13.8afr AEM UEGO vs high 14's on scanner)

Also have a negative WB error instead of positive
So i went back into my expression and lowered my afr value from 9 to 8 seems to be right, but i wont know until i get to my vehicle.

The newer AEM units take a slightly different math formula. I was using the old way with my AEM XSeries and it was a couple points off here and there.

Ok I see what I am looking for in the Error now....
I see that the analog output voltage to the corresponding afr multiplied by the A/C pressure sensor PID( in their case it was EGR right?) + the analog offset < Which is where I may not be getting the know how, as ill I am doing is just pluggin in lower or higher numbers to get the afr to match on scanner vs WB gauge.

I don't think I have x series. However, I do recall seeing the mode and selector buttons. thanks for the info

im trying to set this up on my 98 camaro ss logging wideband from egr input as its deleted. I'm using the PLX DM6 wideband looking to see if anyone has any info on making it log in vcm scanner. the plx has a serial output and analog output.
